YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME THE RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR SELECTION, PURCHASE, POSSESSION, HANDLING, STORAGE, PREPARATION, CONSUMPTION, APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION, COMBINATION, OR USE OF LION’S HOMESTEAD PRODUCTS.

These risks may include personal injury, illness, allergic or adverse reactions, property damage, plant or crop damage, animal or livestock injury or loss, or other damages or consequences.

You are responsible for researching a product and determining whether and how it should be used.

RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By purchasing or using Lion’s Homestead products, you agree to accept responsibility for your selection and use of those products and the consequences arising from your use.

LION’S HOMESTEAD SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, ALLERGIC OR ADVERSE REACTION, LOSS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ANIMAL OR LIVESTOCK INJURY OR LOSS, PLANT OR CROP DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST PRODUCTION, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A CUSTOMER’S USE, MISUSE, APPLICATION, HANDLING, STORAGE, PREPARATION, ADMINISTRATION, OR CONSUMPTION OF A PRODUCT.

The purchaser and user bear responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for their particular circumstances and intended use.

If you do not agree to accept these responsibilities and assume these risks, do not purchase or use Lion’s Homestead products.
