Lion’s Homestead is a family-operated homestead business.

Your purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or communicated to the customer.

Processing time and carrier transit time are separate.

Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Shipping labels and fulfillment information may be generated using the shipping information provided by the customer when the order is placed.

Customers should carefully review any saved, suggested, automatically populated, or previously used address before completing checkout.

Lion’s Homestead is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier, carrier transit and delivery operations are outside the direct control of Lion’s Homestead.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the applicable carrier or their local postal office and may also contact Lion’s Homestead for assistance when appropriate.

LION’S HOMESTEAD MAKES NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY, SUITABILITY, EFFECTIVENESS, COMPATIBILITY, OR RESULTS FOR ANY PARTICULAR INDIVIDUAL, ANIMAL, LIVESTOCK, PLANT, GARDEN, CROP, SOIL, PROPERTY, ENVIRONMENT, OR APPLICATION.

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that use of the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

SECTION 15 - RELEASE, HOLD HARMLESS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Allergic reactions, sensitivities, intolerances, interactions, or other individual reactions;

  • Failure to follow product labels, directions, warnings, precautions, or storage instructions;

  • Using a product for a purpose other than its intended or labeled purpose;

  • Combining a product with other products, substances, medications, supplements, treatments, fertilizers, pesticides, feeds, soil amendments, chemicals, or other materials;

LION’S HOMESTEAD SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY, ILLNESS, ALLERGIC OR ADVERSE REACTION, LOSS, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, ANIMAL OR LIVESTOCK INJURY OR LOSS, PLANT OR CROP DAMAGE, LOST PROFITS, LOST PRODUCTION, OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A CUSTOMER’S USE, MISUSE, APPLICATION, HANDLING, STORAGE, PREPARATION, ADMINISTRATION, OR CONSUMPTION OF A PRODUCT.

Lion’s Homestead makes no guarantee that a product is appropriate for a particular customer, individual, animal, livestock, plant, garden, crop, soil type, environment, property, or application.

The purchaser and user bear responsibility for determining whether a product is appropriate for their particular circumstances and intended use.
