Shipping Policy – Lion’s Homestead

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the time your order is placed. All orders placed after 5pm schedule shipping date will start the following day. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Carrier
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise noted.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been handed over to USPS, we have no control over shipping transit times, delays, or delivery schedules. USPS delivery times may vary depending on location, weather, and seasonal demand.

Tracking Your Order
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as “delivered” but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact your local USPS office or postal carrier directly. Lion’s Homestead is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of USPS.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to local laws, regulations, or carrier limitations. If an item cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you and issue a refund for that item.
